2) Correct selection of grinding tools and abrasives.

3) When grinding putty, determine the grinding method according to the level of the putty, the thickness and area of the scraped area, the thickness of the putty layer, and the shape of the putty pieces. Select appropriate grinding tools and abrasives.

For example, the local or full scraping of putty on flat pieces of different sizes and areas, and the use of abrasive tools or abrasive cloth or sandpaper for scraping the putty with complex shapes and special parts such as arcs, corners, welds, and welds Each type of abrasive cloth and sandpaper are different; the polishing method of the bottom layer, the middle layer and the putty layer adjacent to the surface layer, the polishing tool selected, and the type of the abrasive cloth or sandpaper are also different. 4) Precautions for sanding putty.

When operating the air mat machine, be sure to apply even force, do not apply too much force, and do not grind for a long time on the surface of the putty. You should lightly polish it slowly to smooth the surface of the putty.

Grinding arcs and correcting angles should pay more attention to light grinding, whether it is hand grinding or using a wind mill, and hand grinding is the best.

When sanding woodware, the surface must be cleaned before grinding, and then sanded back and forth along the wood grain. Do not grind horizontally. When putting the putty layer, be sure to sand it after the putty layer has dried.

If you accidentally grind the exposed bottom, you must re-coat the primer. After the primer is dry, put on the putty and polish it.

According to the level of putty, the appropriate grinding method and coarse or fine sand cloth or sandpaper are used. The final surface layer is the surface of the putty before painting. It must be polished very carefully together with the coating to be smooth and flat.
